Howdy! I am a PhD student in the Department of Political Science at Texas A&M University’s Bush School of Government in College Station, Texas. My substantive research interests are primarily within comparative politics; I complement this with research interests in political methodology.
My substantive research interests lie primarily within electoral behavior and political economy. I seek to understand how economic conditions shape patterns of electoral behavior and how electoral institutions influence voters’ attitudes and behaviors. Methodologically, my interests center on quantitative approaches, with particular emphasis on maximum likelihood estimation, generalized linear models, instrumental variables, and the analysis of time‑series, spatial, and panel data.
I completed my B.A. in International Affairs with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Georgia in 2023 as well as my M.A. in Political Science.
